Affordable Housing

Our clients include for profit and nonprofit developers of Affordable Housing, including The Woda Group, New Shiloh Community Development Corporation and Housing Services Alliance, Inc.

Our services include public relations, community outreach, website development and special events coordination to  promote the need for, and availability of, quality, affordable housing for Baltimore City residents. Projects included New Shiloh Village Phase I, North Avenue Gateway and the Historic Columbus School Apartments, the final phase of the Penn Square Apartments at North and Pennsylvania Avenue both slated for early 2016."s and the grand opening of the Mary Harvin Center at Southern Baptist Church.c

Public Works

As consultant to  MWH JBWS Joint Venture, the Pyatt Group provides community outreach and public relations expertise for Baltimore City's Wet Weather Consent Decree to  compliment the City's efforts to address sanitary and combined sewer overflows and upgrade its wastewater collection system. 

The Pyatt Group is pleased to add EMA Inc. to our list of satisfied clients.  As the communications consultant to EMA, Pyatt Group is supporting the implementation of the Department of Public Works' Customer Information System to modernize water billing for more than 400,000 customers in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
